UK orders are dispatched within 48 hours and expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Delivery cost is a flat rate of £4.95, or express (next day) delivery is available for £7.95.
Ordering two or more items qualifies for free delivery.

International shipping rate will be calculated at check-out based on the volume, weight and final destination of the product purchased.

If you wish to return goods, please contact us via info@rizelondon.com within 14 days, and you will be issued with a return code. Please note that no return will be accepted without this code or after given time.
When returning items, please ensure that your goods are returned in their original packaging and labels, and have not been used or damaged in any way.
Following a quality check of the returned items you will be offered an exchange, credit or full refund.
The cost of returning any item is at the customer’s own expense, except damaged goods.
Items damaged in transit must be documented by photographic evidence of the product and its shipping box and emailed to info@rizelondon.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
